I ordered this book for two reasons: first, the author is Andrew Bonar; second, Leviticus is a book that I find particularly difficult. When I began reading it I imagined I would soon lose interest. In fact, I had trouble putting it down! This is one of the very best commentaries I have ever read on any book of the Bible. With this author's help I have come to love the book of Leviticus... indeed, I see Christ everywhere. What a precious commentary. ( )
