Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, (two-thirds of each branch of the General Assembly concurring therein): Section 1. That Chapter 176, Volume 18, Laws of Delaware be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the words "One Hundred Dollars", as they appear in the fourth line of the Fourth Section of said Act, and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Five Hundred Dollars". Section 2. That Chapter 176, Volume 18, Laws of Delaware, is hereby further amended by adding thereto three new Sections to be known as Section 14, Section 15 and Section 16, respectively, of said Act, as follows: "Section 14. That Section 7 of Chapter 176, Volume 18 Sec. 7. Chap. Laws of Delaware entitled "An Act to incorporate the amended Town of Kenton" be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the word "Fifty" in the eighth line thereof, and inserting the words "Two hundred" in lieu thereof. Provided, however, that the increase provided for in this Act shall be for two years only, and after the expiration of said two years, said appropriation shall be as now provided for by law.
