GENERAL PROVISIONS RESPECTING CORPORATIONS. AN ACT to amend an Act entitled, "An Act providing a General Corporation Law", (being Chapter 394, Volume 22, Laws of Delaware as amended), enabling telegraph and telephone companies and companies using wires for transmitting electrical current for heat, light and other purposes to condemn property for their lines of wires, in certain cases. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, with the concurrence of two-thirds of the members elected to each House of the General Assembly: Section 1.
