Go, spread a Saviour's love,
And tell His matchless grace,
To the most guilty and depraved
Of Adam's fallen race.

We wish you in His name,
In all your work success,

We pray that He who sends you forth,
May all your labours bless.

Nothing should interfere with it. 13th Sunday. I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down, why should the work cease while I leave it? Nehemiah vi. 3.

Let the dead bury their dead, but go thou and preach the kingdom of God. Luke ix. 60.

If duty call and suffering too
My Lord I'd follow Thee,
As Thou hast done, so would I do,
As Thou art would I be.

With zeal inflamed 'twas Thy delight,

To do Thy Father's will:

May the same zeal my soul excite,
Thy precepts to fulfil.

B

Ministers should aid those engaged

in it.

14th Sunday. And a great number believed and turned unto the Lord. Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem, and they sent forth Barnabas. Acts x. 11, 22.

Beloved thou doest faithfully whatsoever thou doest to the brethren, because that for His name sake they went forth. We therefore ought to receive such that we might be fellow helpers to the truth. 3rd Epistle John, 5-8.

The strangers of the gentile race,
Shall with His church attend,
Shall bow submissive to His grace
And in His temples bend.

Speed then your way to every land,
Convey to all the gift of heaven,
We thus obey our Lord's command
We freely give what's freely given.

Obligations to engage in it.

15th Sunday. For though I preach the Gospel I have nothing to glory in, for necessity is laid upon me, yea, woe is unto me if I preach not the Gospel. 1 Cor. ix. 16.

When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man thou shalt die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood will I require at thine hand. Ezek. xxxiii. 8.

Sinners turn-why will ye die?
He who all your lives hath strove,
Moved you to embrace His love,
Will you not his love receive?
Will ye still refuse to live?
Why, O long sought sinners, why
Will ye grieve your God and die.

Opportunity for the work not to be neglected.

16th Sunday. For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries. 1 Cor. xvi. 9

Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ's Gospel, and a door was opened unto me by the Lord, I had no rest in my spirit, but taking leave of them, I went from thence into Macedonia. 2 Cor. ii. 12, 13.

Får over sea and land,

('Tis our own Lord's command,)

Bear

ye

His name;

Bear it to every shore,

Regions unknown explore,

Enter at every door;

Silence is shame.

Harmony should subsist among those engaged in the work.

17th Sunday. But Saul increased the more in strength, and confounded the Jews which dwelt at Damascus, proving that this is very Christ: which when the brethren knew they brought him down to Cesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus. Acts, ix. 26, 27.

And when James, Cephas and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship, that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision. Gal. ii. 9.

And can I be the very same

Who lately durst blaspheme Thy name
And on Thy Gospel tread?

Surely each one who hears my case
Will praise Thee, and confess Thy grace
Invincible indeed!
