BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 21st day of September, A. D. 1824, in the forty-ninth year of the Independence of the United Sutes of America, Henry Whenton, of the mid dlatrict, bach deposited la lleis office the title of a book, the right whereof be claims us autbor, la ibe worde fol lowing, to wit:
* Reports of Cases argued and adjudged in to fupreme Court of the Daited States, February Term, 1024 By Heary Wbraton, Counsellor at Law, Volume IX."
