NEW BRUNSWICK, December 31st, 1893. To His Excellency George T. Werts, Governor of the State of New Jersey:

HONORED SIR-In compliance with the act of Congress, approved July 2d, 1862, and the act of the Legislature of New Jersey, approved April 4th, 1864, I beg leave to submit, on behalf of the Trustees of Rutgers College, the twenty-ninth annual report of Rutgers Scientific School.
