held at the United States Army Post, West Point, Orange County, New York, commencing on June sixth, nineteen hundred and eighteen, for the purpose of naturalizing men who have been selected for service in the United States Army.

I, therefore, do hereby designate an extraordinary Special Term of the Supreme Court to be held at the United States Army Post, West Point, Orange County, New York, on the sixth day of June, nineteen hundred and eighteen, and to continue until the completion of such term as may be deemed necessary by the judge hereinafter named, presiding, and for that purpose I hereby name, appoint and designate Joseph Morschauser, Justice of the Supreme Court of the Ninth Judicial District, to hold and preside at such extraordinary Special Term.

The Clerk of said Court is hereby directed to take no fees and make no charges of any kind for the naturalization of persons in the United States service.

EXTRAORDINARY TERM OF THE APPELLATE DIVISION OF THE SUPREME COURT IN THE FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, COUNTY OF MONROE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISPOSING OF THE BUSINESS OF THE COURT

STATE OF NEW YORK-EXECUTIVE CHAMBER

It appearing to my satisfaction that the public interest requires it,

THEREFORE, In accordance with the statute in such case made and provided, I do hereby appoint an extraordinary Term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Fourth Judicial Department, to be held at the Court House in the City of Rochester, County of Monroe, on the 28th day of August, 1918, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, and to continue so long as it may be necessary for the disposal of the business which may be brought before it, and I do further direct that notice of such appointment be given by publication of this order once on or before Monday, August 19, 1918, in the Times Union and Advertiser, a newspaper published in the said City of Rochester, in the County of Monroe.
