section:

Any corporation which, by its charter, is authorized to make insurance against loss or damage to property caused by fire, lightning or tempest on land may, without amending such charter, make insurance against loss or damage to property caused by bombardment, invasion, insurrection, riot, civil war or commotion, military or usurped power, and by explosion, whether fire ensues or not, except explosion on risks specified in subdivision six hereof; provided, such corporation shall be possessed of the amount of capital stock or cash premiums required by section six of this act.
