Assembly Bill No. 6, entitled "A supplement to an act entitled 'An act to provide for the establishment of a State institution for feeble-minded,' approved March twenty-seventh, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight, the title of which said act was amended by act approved April fifth, one thousand nine hundred aid fifteen,"
