BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey, That Cornelius Hamler, of the Restoration to township of Byram, in the county of Sussex, be and the said Cornelius Hamler is hereby restored to all his rights, liberties, privileges and franchises as a citizen of the state of New Jersey. 2.
