JANUARY 1. “For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salva.

“False repentance has grief of mind, and humiliation, only for great and glaring offences, until it supposes pardon for these obtained. True repentance is a continued war against sin, a permanent inward shame for its defilements, till death sounds a retreat."-VENN.
