Third Reading of House Bill No. 22, entitled "An Act Accepting the Gift of the late Archibald Scott Cleghorn to the Territory of Hawaii of Kaiulani Park."

Mr. Watkins moved that consideration of the Bill be indefinitely postponed. Seconded by Mr. Tavares.

Mr. Rice offered an amendment by striking out the figures "1912" at the end of Section 2 of said Bill, and inserting in lieu thereof the figures "1911."

On motion by Mr. Sheldon, seconded by Mr. Makekau, the amendment was agreed to.

Mr. Kawewehi moved that the Bill, as amended, pass Third Reading. Seconded by Mr. Correa and carried on the following showing of Ayes and Noes:

Mr. Rice offered an amendment to Section 2 of said Bill to read as follows: "Section 2. This Act shall take effect July 1, 1911."

On motion by Mr. Sheldon, seconded by Mr. Watkins, the amendment was agreed to.

Mr. Sheldon moved to defer action on the Bill until Monday, April 3, 1911. Seconded by Mr. Kellinoi and carried.

Third Reading of House Bill No. 186, entitled "An Act Creating a Board of Water and Sewer Commissioners for Honolulu, and Providing for the transfer of the Management, Control and Maintenance of the Honolulu Water and Sewer Works to and by said Board of Commissioners."

Mr. Correa moved that the Bill, together with the report of the Finance Committee on same, be referred to the Judiciary Committee. Seconded by Mr. Keliinoi and carried.

Third Reading of House Bill No. 211, entitled "An Act Making it a Misdemeanor to Induce, Entice or Persuade Servants or Laborers to Leave their Employment, or to Aid or Abet such Leaving, and Providing a Punishment Therefor." On motion by Mr. Castle, seconded by Mr. Towse, the Bill passed Third Reading on the following showing of Ayes and Noes:
