Sir-I have the honor to transmit the annual report of the Regents of the University. It has been delayed beyond the usual period, in expectation of the passage of the law authorizing the annual distribution of the income of the Literature Fund, but as the present session of the Legislature is far advanced, it has been deemed advisable not to withhold it any longer.
