[178] In order that this subject may be brought before the Corporation in a form to be acted upon the Committee beg leave to submit as expressive of their opinion the following resolutions Resolved that this Board do approve of the foregoing Report Resolved that application be made to the Supreme Court of this State for the appointment of Commissioners for the purpose of taking the grounds included in the aforesaid square and not owned by this Board, and that the Counsel take the necessary measures to effect this object at the earliest period Resolved that the Committee on Lands and places be charged with regulating the said square provided the expence shall not exceed Two thousand Dollars.
