11.

Psalm cxxviii. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7.

Blessed are all they that fear the LORD: and walk in His ways.

For thou shalt eat the labours of thine hands: O well is thee, and happy shalt thou be.

Thy wife shall be as the fruitful vine: upon the walls of thine house.

Thy children, like the olive branches: round about thy table.

Lo, thus shall the man be blessed: that feareth the LORD.

Yea, that thou shalt see thy children's children: and peace upon Israel.

CLARKE WHITFIELD.

Solo and Chorus.

Blessed be the Power Who gave us,
Freely gave His SON to save us,

Blessed be the SON Who freely came :
Honour, blessing, adoration,

Ever from the whole creation,

Be to GOD and to the LAMB.
Speak, O speak, His power excelling,
Angels who surround His dwelling,
His unbounded love proclaim:
Honour, blessing, adoration,
Ever from the whole creation,
Be to GOD and to the Lamb.

Psalm cxix.

They will go from strength to strength: and unto the GOD of gods appeareth every one of them in Sion.

O LORD GOD of hosts, hear my prayer: hearken, O GOD of Jacob.

Behold, O GOD our defender and look upon the face of Thine anointed.

For the LORD GOD is a light and defence: the LORD will give grace and worship; and no good thing shall He withhold from them that live a godly life.

O LORD GOD of hosts: blessed is the man that putteth his trust in Thee.

Psalm cxxxvii. 1, 2, 3, 8.

By the waters of Babylon we sat down and wept when we remembered thee, O Sion.

As for our harps, we hanged them up: upon the

trees that are therein.

For they that led us away captive, required of us then a song and melody in our heaviness: sing us one of the songs of Sion.

O daughter of Babylon, wasted with misery: yea, happy shall he be that rewardeth thee, as thou hast served us.

Psalm cxxxvii. 1-8.

By the waters of Babylon we sat down and wept when we remembered thee, O Sion.

As for our harps we hanged them up: upon

the trees that are therein.

For they that led us away captive, required of us a song, and melody in our heaviness: sing us one of the songs of Sion.

How shall we sing the LORD's song: in a strange land ?

If I forget thee, O Jerusalem: let my right hand forget her cunning.

If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth: yea, if I prefer not Jerusalem in my mirth.

Remember the children of Edom, O LORD, in the day of Jerusalem: how they said, Down with it, down with it, even to the ground.

O daughter of Babylon, wasted with misery: yea, happy shall he be that rewardeth thee, as thou hast served us.

25.

O remember not the sins and offences of my youth: but according to Thy mercy think Thou upon me, O LORD, for Thy goodness.
