Hon. Chas. E. Fitch, Secretary Constitutional Convention, Capitol: Dear Sir. In accordance with the resolution of June 21, 1894, I beg to submit to the Convention a list of property exempt from taxation in this State, as reported by the local assessors of the several cities and towns therein, with the exception of the town of Ulster, in Ulster county; towns of Fayette and Varick, in Seneca county, and the city of Utica and towns of Ava, Bridgewater, Forestport, Verona and Westmoreland, in Oneida county, which we have been unable to obtain.
