Beneficiary, General, Protective and Local Assessments for the Month of October, 1911. To all Members of Subordinate Lodges: OFFICE OF THE GRAND LODGE, B. OF L. F. AND E. SIRS AND BROTHERS-You are hereby notified that Beneficiary Assessment for the payment of death and disability claims, General Fund Assessment, Protective Fund Assessment and Local Assessments are now payable and must be paid to the Financial Secretary of your lodge on or before October 1, 1911, in the following amounts, viz: ........ Local Lodge Assessment in such an amount as may be determined by your Lodge, but in no case to be less than twenty-five cents ($0.25). Any member failing or declining to make payment, as above provided, will be subject to expulsion from the order as per Section 8 of Article 19 of the Constitution, said expulsion taking effect October 2, 1911. To Financial Secretaries of Subordinate Lodges: SIRS AND BROTHERS-You are hereby notified to collect Beneficiary, General Fund, Protective Fund and Local Assessments (now due and payable on or before October 1, 1911), from all beneficiary members on the rolls of your lodge September 30, 1911. General and Protective Fund Assessments from all members in the following amounts, viz: You will collect from all members Local Lodge Assessment in such an amount as may be determined by your Lodge-in no case to be less than twenty-five cents ($0.25).
