Des Morkasa TEW CA AMBÆR9, 1882. } PURSUANT to law the Senate of the Nineteenth General Assembly convened at 2 o'clock P. M., and was called to order by LieutenantGovernor Frank T. Campbell, President of the Senate.

Prayer by the Reverend Mr. Howard.

On motion of Senator Hartshorn, A. T. McCargar was elected temporary Secretary.

The roll of the Senators holding over was then called, and the fol. lowing were found to be present:

The roll of newly elected Senators was then called, and the following presented their credentials:
