"Provided that an appeal from an order specified in section 588, clause (17), shall lie :-
(a) to the District Court where the order was passed by a Court subordinate to that Court,
and

(b) to the High Court in any other case."

p. 215. Substitute the following for the note to Sch. II.

Sch. II.-A fresh schedule is substituted by S. 1 of Act X. of 1888. The alterations made are the following :

Chapter I.-After section 11, the words and figures "and the last paragraph of section 14" are added.

Chapter XVIII.-Place the words "Of costs" before the word "sections."
