AN ACT

TO PROVIDE FOR THE ANNUAL PUBLICATION OF A

LEGISLATIVE MANUAL

The people of the State of Wisconsin, represented in Senate and Assembly, do as follows:

SECTION 1. It shall be the duty of the Secretary of State to cause to be pre and printed by the State printer, annually hereafter, for the use of the Senat Assembly, a book to be denominated a "Manual," which shall contain the C tution of the United States and of this State, Jefferson's Manual, rules and o of the Senate and Assembly, joint rules of the Senate and Assembly, list of ators and Assemblymen, and employes of each House, diagrams of the Senat Assembly Chambers, statistical and other information of the same descri with that contained in the books heretofore procured by Clerks of the two Ho respectively, with such other matter as may be deemed useful.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of State shall cause to be printed one thousand c of such Manual annually, one copy of which shall be distributed to each Ser and Assemblyman within two weeks after the commencement of each ses The remainder of each edition shall be distributed as follows: four copies to member of the Senate and Assembly, one copy to each of the officers thereof copy to each of the State officers, and one hundred and fifty copies shall be d ited with the Superintendent of Public Property, for the use of the succee Legislature.

SECTION 8. There is hereby annually appropriated out of any money in the Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, belonging to the general fund, an am sufficient for the expenses authorized by this act.
