On page 1, paragraph 2, line 2, strike out the words "and paying for". Page 2, line 11, strike out the word "private" and insert in lieu thereof the words "their own". On page 3, paragraph 8, line 3, after the word "used" in said line insert the following: "by any person, firm or corporation receiving or purchasing the same". On page 3, paragraph 8, line 4, after the word "cream" on said line strike out the words "purchased or for official inspection or public", and on line 5 strike out the word "record". On page 3, paragraph 8, line 4, after the word "cream" add the following: "provided, however, that nothing in this paragraph contained shall be construed to apply to any test made by the Director of the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station or his deputies". On page 4, after line 12 of paragraph 10, insert a new paragraph to be known as paragraph "10A", which shall read as follows: "Every person, firm or corporation affected by the provisions of this act shall within five days after the day on which the test herein provided for has been made notify the seller of such milk or cream of the result of such test and the amount of milk or cream sold or delivered by said seller, covering the period of time 43 Sen Jour during which said composite sample was taken. Notice under this section shall be given either personally, in writing, or by registered mail to the seller of such milk or cream".
