Assembly Bill No. 405, entitled "An act to amend an act entitled 'An act to regulate the practice of pharmacy in this State,' approved March nineteenth, one thousand nine hundred and one, Was taken up on third reading.

Mr. Fithian asked unanimous consent to amend said bill on third reading.

Which was agreed to.

Mr. Fithian offered the following amendments, which were read and adopted:

Amend page three, line eighty-two, by eliminating the word "of" after the words "salts or".

Amend page three, line eighty-seven, by eliminating the word "scropola" and inserting in the place thereof the word "Scopola".

Assembly Bill No. 405, entitled "An act to amend an act entitled 'An act to regulate the practice of pharmacy in this State," " approved March nineteenth, one thousand nine hundred and one, As amended.

Said bill, as amended, was then read a third time.

Upon the question, "Shall this Assembly bill pass?" it was decided as follows:

In the affirmative were—

Mr. Case offered the following concurrent resolution, which was read and adopted:
