Food is computed on the basis of 1,200 inmates, at 31c. per day, and 40 employees, at 48c. per day, a total of $14,500, less $11,500 estimated production from Leedsburg Farms. For 1919 Prisoners on Road Work, estimated at 200, are not included in the state population, since their maintenance and For 1920, all prisoners are included in the stated population, and guarding is chargeable against Road Camp earnings. all maintenance and guarding of prisoners on road work is to be paid from the Prison appropriation, for which an allowance of $1.25 per day will be made from State Use Funds giving rise to the receipts as here estimated.
