AN ACT to amend section three of an act entitled,
"An act declaring what are partition fences and
providing for the building, repairing and main-
taining such fences and conferring jurisdiction on
the township trustee in the matter of partition
fences in cases therein specified and providing for
lien for the building, maintaining and repairing
partition fences and providing remedies for the
collection of the expenses thereof rendered under
this act and repealing all laws in conflict therewith,
and declaring an emergency, approved March 6,
1911, being Section 7379, Burns' Revised Statutes
of Indiana, of 1914. .

ments and adding supplemental section," approved

AN ACT to amend section two (2) of an act entitled
"An act to provide for the punishment of the parent
or parents of child or children, who abandon them
or neglect or refuse to provide proper home, care,
food and clothing for them, and to provide for the
application of wages, income or earnings of such
parent abandoning such child or children, and
giving the court authority to order a direct pay-
ment of the same for the support of such child or
children and to provide for the punishment of hus-
bands who abandon their wives, leaving such wife
without reasonable means of support and con-
tinuing support, providing for the expense of extra-
dition of, and the prosecution of the accused and
declaring an emergency" approved March 15, 1913.. H. 441

AN ACT to amend section one (1) of an act entitled
"An act authorizing the organization of associations
by bodies or lodges of Free and Accepted Masons
or other ritualistic orders for the acquirement of
real estate on which to construct and maintain
buildings for certain purposes, providing for election
of directors and officers, the issue and method of
transfer of stock, the manner of payment for stock,
empowering such associations to borrow money
and sell bonds, and to do all matters connected
therewith, legalizing such action heretofore taken,
and declaring an emergency," approved March 2,

poses under the provisions of an act entitled "An
act providing for the use for park purposes of lands

and fixing conditions and restrictions under which
such lands may be used for park purposes and giving
cities authority to accept and use and maintain
