Mr. Ross offered the following resolution, which was read and adopted:

Resolved, That the Secretary be instructed to have 400 extra copies of Senate Bill No. 58 printed.

In accordance with the direction of the President, the Secretary carried the following bills to the House of Assembly, informed it that the Senate had passed the same, and requests its concurrence therein :

Senate Bill No. 13, "An act to provide for the division of municipalities, governed by boards of commissioners or improvement commissions, into wards, and to regulate the election of commissioners thereto,"

Senate Bill No. 23, entitled "A supplement to an act entitled 'An act to provide for the permanent improvement of public roads in this state," approved March twenty-second, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five,

And

Senate Bill No. 24, entitled "A supplement to an act entitled 'An act relative to the government and management of the insane asylums and hospitals owned by the state of New Jersey,'" approved March eleventh, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three.

Mr. W. M. Johnson moved that when the Senate adjourn, it be to meet on Friday morning at 10 o'clock, and that when it then adjourn, it be to meet on Monday evening at 8 o'clock,

Which was agreed to.

The Senate then adjourned.
