I believe her heart leaps for joy, at the thought of seeing her parents.

The happy day arrived. The church was crowded. Two hundred children sung the hymns. The collection was liberal; and Mr. and Mrs. Howard enjoyed their company. Miss Neville was at their hospitable mansion, for a few weeks. Poor Fanny was highly gratified, in seeing her parents, often, during their stay in the country.

Thus we are taught, by the good feelings of those families, where true religion is the ruling principle of all our actions. For it may be justly observed, that godliness enriches the heart where it is seated; and benefits every family where it is practised.

May every clergyman in the kingdom, be as ready to promote the good of the rising generation, as the worthy characters alluded to in these dialogues; and every Sundayscholar be as much respected as Fanny

Roe, and as great a blessing to their parents. And may the rich, the noble, and the mighty imitate the excellent Howard; and thus follow the example of our blessed Lord, "who went about doing good;" always remembering, that "it is more blessed to give, than to receive;" that, when they awake up at the last day, they may hear the Saviour say, "Well done, good and faithful servant, enter ye into the joy of your Lord!"
