[ 25. ] Recognizance of Bail after Indictment. An indictment having been found, on the day of, A. D. 18-, in the court of sessions of the county of —, [as the case may be,] charging A. B. with the crime of [designating it generally] and he having been duly admitted to bail, in the sum of dollars; we, C. D. and E. F. [stating their place of residence] hereby undertake that the abovenamed A. B. shall appear and answer the indictment above-mentioned, in whatever court it may be prosecuted, and shall at all times render himself amenable to the orders and processes of the court, and if convicted, shall appear for judgment and render himself in execution thereof; or, if he fail to perform either of these conditions, that we will pay to the people of the state of California the sum of dollars [inserting the sum in which the defendant is admitted to bail.] [ 26. ] Recognizance of Bail on Recommitment. The people of the state of California to any sheriff, constable, marshal or policeman in the county of Proof by affidavit having been this day made before me by [naming every person whose affidavit has been taken] that [stating the grounds of the application according to section six hundred and forty-four, or if the affidavit be not positive that there is probable cause for believing that, stating the ground of the application in the same manner] you are thereupon commanded in the day time [or at any time of the day or night, as the case may be, according to section six hundred and forty-four](1) to make im mediate search on the person of C. D. [or in the house situated describing it, or any other place to be searched with reasonable particularity, as the case may be,] for the following property [describing it with reasonable particularity], and if you find the same or any part thereof, to bring it forthwith before me at [stating the place.] Given under my hand, and A. [ 30. ] Writ of Restitution in case of Forcible Entry and Detainer. 1 The people of the State of California, to the sheriff or any constable of the county, aforesaid: Whereas, A. B., of the county of at a court of inquiry of an unlawful or forcible entry, or unlawful detainer [as the case may be,] held at my office [or state the place] in the county aforesaid, on the day of A. D. before me, a justice of the peace for the county aforesaid, by the consideration of the court hath recovered judgment against C. D., to have restitution of [here describe the premises, as in the complaint.] You are therefore commanded that, taking with you the force of the county, if necessary, you cause the said C.
