CLAIMS. CHAPTER 37. STATE REVENUE. APPROPRIATIONS. CLAIMS. AN ACT appropriating certain money out of the State Treasury of the State of Delaware to pay certain claims against the State. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met: Section 1. That the several sums of money hereinafter named are hereby appropriated out of the treasury of this State for the purpose of paying the claims hereinafter mentioned, and the State Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same as follows: CLAIMS.
