Upon the hearing of a motion, on behalf of
the plaintiff, to set aside this demurrer
as embarrassing, and filed contrary to the
provisions of the General Orders, as not
specifying some ground in law for the de-
murrer. Held, that the demurrer was
bad, not having complied with the require-
ments of Order XXVII., r. 2, and should
be set aside (Dunville v. Alexander), 447
