CHAPTER 1.
House Bill No. 1.

APPROPRIATION FOR LEGISLATIVE EXPENSES.

AN ACT to appropriate funds for the compensation of the members, officers and employes of the Sixth State Legislature of the State of Wyoming; to pay for the necessary legislative printing of the Sixth State Legislature of the State of Wyoming; to pay for the necessary stationery, postage, furniture, repairs on furniture and incidental expenses of the Sixth State Legislature of the State of Wyoming; to pay for the preparing for the use of the printer, certified copies of the Session Laws of the Sixth State Legislature of the State of Wyoming; to pay the expense of preparing for the use of the printer, certified copies of the Journals of the Senate and House of Representatives of the Sixth State Legislature of Wyoming; to pay for the expense of publishing required legal notice of the submission of constitutional amendment Number One at the general election held November sixth, 1900; to pay the contingent expenses of the Judge of the Third Judicial District.

Be it Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the state treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of twenty thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay the per diem and mileage of the officers, members and employes of the Sixth State Legislature of the State of Wyoming.

Sec. 2. There is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the state treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay for the necessary legislative printing of the Sixth Legislature of the State of Wyoming.
