Periodicals

The Metropolitan life insurance company has begun to publish a monthly statistical bulletin similar to the bulletins of state and city health departments. Its aim is "to portray the current vital statistics of the company's membership." "These bulletins will serve to point out what the current conditions of life and health are throughout the United States and Canada as shown by the latest tabulation of the death certificates received by the company." 1 Madison av, N.Y.

Monthly Vtel Statistics Review is a new bulletin to be issued, beginning with March, 1920, in place of the Monthly Vital Statistics number of the Official Bulletin published by the New York state department of health. The new publication contains a more elaborate report of the st: te's vital statistics than has been published heretofore. It is prepared especially for the practical use of health officers and registrars, public health nurses, social workers, physicians, and other public officials.
