Mr. TSANG made a mistake of confusing Tai Tat Tei (大笪地)with San Tin Tei (新填地). Possession Street was now the place where the British soldiers landed on the Hong Kong Island in 1941, a ground was set there later for recreational use and for hawkers to sell things. It was then known as "Tai Tat Tei (meaning big gathering ground"). The "new Macao Ferry "mentioned by Mr. TSANG is actually built on the site of San Tin Tei (新填地), not Tai Tat Tei (大笪地).
