AN ACT appropriating certain money out of the State Treasury of this
State to pay certain claims against the State.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section I. That the several sums of money hereinafter named are hereby appropriated out of the Treasury of this State for the purpose of paying the claims hereinafter mentioned, and the State Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same as follows:

CHAPTER 14.

OF PUBLIC REVENUE.

AN ACT appropriating Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars to Defray Expenses of Inaugurating the Governor and Lieutenant Governor.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section I. That the sum of Nine Hundred and Fifty dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to defray the expenses incurred inaugurating the Governor and Lieutenant Governor. And the State Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay the same to John P. Armstrong, Treasurer of the Joint Legislative Committee on said Inauguration, said Treasurer to present and file with the State Treasurer proper vouchers for the expenditure of the same.

ACT to appropriate money to pay the expenses of attending the ceremonies of the Inauguration of the President.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
