UNITED STATES' BANK.

This Bank was incorporated March 3d, 1816; and is located at Philadelphia. It has a capital of thirty-five millions of dollars, which is divided into 350,000 shares of $100 each. Its charter expires in 1836. Annual meeting, 1st Monday of January. The U. S. hold 70,000 shares in 5 per cent. stock. Individual subscribers hold 280,000 shares.
