2 Any resident of Greencastle and vicinity. by paying 10c a month. or $1.00 a yer and by signing the proper application and agreement, is entitled to draw books from the Labrary. 3 Each borrower is responsible for all books drawn on his card, and no books will be given if the book charged has not beɛn returned.

4 Only one book may be taken out on one card except when a work is published in two volumes-when both may be taken on one card. 5 All books may be kept two weeks, and, ex cept fiction may be renewed for the same time. A fine of five cents a week must be paid on each volume kept over tine.

7 No books can be drawn unless membership ticket is presented and until fines and claims for damages if there be any-are paid.

8 Anyone taking a book from the building with out having it duly charged, shall forfeit al! rights to the privileges of the Library.

9 No book may be loaned to a non subscriber, 10 Books cannot be exchanged the same day they are drawn.

11 Anyone wishing to have certain books added to the Library is requested to send titles of same with his own name to the Committee on Books.

12 Injuries to books. beyond reasonable woar and all losses shall be made good by the borrow er. If one volume of a set is lost, the loser shall be held responsible for the value of the set, unless the lost volume be satisfactorily replaced. 13 Intentional injuries to books or other property of a Library incurs, by statut fine of $100.
