Rochester, N. Y., Feb. 15, 1913. We give you below the exports from the United States and Canada, stated in terms of barrels, up to and including the week ending February 1st, 1913, with a comparative statement for the same period last year. A part of the exports appearing as from the United States is really from Canada, passing through the port of Portland, Maine.
