Such a vision we should look upon as a divine gift from God. We should look upon it as a promise and as a prophecy. We should grasp it and keep it as we keep our own souls. We should ever believe in it as a possible thing, and never cease working toward it until it is completely and grandly realized in a finished Christian personality. To reach such a vision, and to gaze upon it until we incarnate it-this is to deal fairly with our soul, and to protect it from the power of every degrading thing. VII.
