But as a subscriber we secured our money's worth from the Bi-monthly Cumulations. We were so pleased we wanted to get the benefits of the additional service, especially the weekly Bulletins and the saving in correspondence in getting special publications not forwarded directly to us by governments, committees, and individuals. The Bulletins enable us to

bring out in reference work many items not fully cataloged, yet reposing in our document files. Both. Members of congress and others interested in the subjects mentioned above usually want the latest information, and especially information concerning state action or the action of organizations. Heretofore this has been most difficult to get at, requiring long and laborious search in current unindexed publications. It is just at this point that the P. A. I. S. helps us most.
