SECTION 6. SECTION 8. The school voters of said united school district may, at their annual meeting on the first Saturday in April, choose a chairman and secretary, and by a majority vote, to be taken by ballot, may authorize and empower the board of commissioners to raise for school purposes a certain additional sum over and above the sum of twelve hundred dollars aforesaid; provided that the two sums do not amount in the aggregage to more than the sum of eighteen hundred dollars. The school purposes herein mentioned shall include the necessary repairs or alterations of the school building of districts before mentioned. SECTION II. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That Section 1, Chapter 75, Volume IS, Volume 18, Laws of Delaware, be amended by striking out the word "fifty" in the third and seventh lines of said section, and inserting in lieu thereof the word "twenty."

A Supplement to Chapter 54, Volume 17, Laws of Delaware.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, as follows:
