CHAPTER 5.

OF PUBLIC LANDS.

AN ACT providing for a permanent Public Lands Commission for

the State of Delaware, and making an appropriation to carry out the provisions of this Act.

AN ACT to enable the United States Government to acquire certain

land in the City of Wilmington.
