OF THE REVENUES OF THE STATE.

AN ACT Appropriating Certain Money out of the State Treasury of

this State to Pay Certain Claims Against the State.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That the several sums of money hereinaf- Appropriations

for paying. ter named are hereby appropriated out of the Treasury claims against of this State for the purpose of paying the claims hereinafter mentioned and the State Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same as follows:

CHAPTER 34.

OF THE REVENUES OF THE STATE.

AN ACT 'to provide for the State of Delaware to be represented at

the Panama-Pacific International Exposition and to make an
Appropriation therefor.

WHEREAS, The Panama-Pacific International Exposi tion is to be held in the year 1915; and

WHEREAS, The State of Delaware was the first State to adopt the Constitution of the United States, thereby making it the oldest State in the Union; and

WHEREAS, It is deemed expedient and proper that the natural resources and the industrial, agricultural and horticultural interests and progress of the State of Delaware should be fully and creditably displayed at said Exposition; therefore,

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

a-Pacific Ident of the site-Commission

Section 1.
