AN ACT Making Appropriations for the Expenses of the State Government other than Legislative Expenses, for the fiscal year ending on Monday immediately preceding the second Tuesday of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifteen. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in general Assembly met: for expenses Section 1.
