GENERAL PROVISIONS RESPECTING CORPORATIONS.

The full number and amount of dividends and when made and in what manner such dividends have been paid;

The entire amount appropriated to sinking fund and the manner in which the same has been applied, and the total amount then held by such sinking fund.

If it be a corporation owning and operating a railway line within this State, such reports shall state:

The entire length of the railway in operation, the length of single track and the length of double track;

The full amount of the capital stock actually subscribed, and the full amount paid thereon;

The entire amount of the actual cost of the railway, showing the amount expended for the right of way, bridging, grading, iron and building respectively, and for all other purposes incidental to the construction of such railway;

The nature and amount of its indebtedness, distinguishing the first, second and third mortgage bonds, and the unsecured indebtedness and the amount due the corporation;

The amount received from all sources whatever and the full amount expended for all purposes;

The entire amount paid for loss and damage to freight and injury to person and property;

The full number and amount of dividends and when made and in what manner such dividends have been paid;

The entire amount appropriated to sinking fund and the manner in which the same has been applied, and the total amount then held by such sinking fund.

Any corporation which shall fail to file a certified copy of such annual report with the Secretary of State within fifteen days from the expiration of its fiscal year shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con- fifteen days of viction thereof shall be fined according to the discretion fiscal year of the Court, but such fine shall not be less than the sum of One Thousand Dollars; and any corporation which shall fail to file a certified copy of such annual report with the Secretary of State for two successive years for fifteen days after the expiration of its fiscal year, shall Penalty for be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction ond time thereof shall be fined in a sum not less than Five Thousand Dollars.

CHAPTER 191.

GENERAL PROVISIONS RESPECTING CORPORATIONS.

AN ACT to amend an Act entitled, “An Act Providing a General
Corporation Law", (being Chapter 273, Volume 21, Laws of
Delaware, as amended).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, (two-thirds of all the members elected to each House of the General Assembly concurring herein):

Section 1. That Section 125, as amended, of the Act entitled, "An Act Providing a General Corporation Law", (being Chapter 273, Volume 21, Laws of Delaware, as amended) be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the words "Westerly curb line of Bridge Street" where they appear in the fourth and fifth lines of the second paragraph of said Section and substituting in lieu thereof the following words, to wit,-"wharf on the Christiana River at the foot of said East Fourth Street'; and by striking out the words "Westerly curb line of Bridge Street" where they appear in the eighth and ninth lines of the second paragraph of said Section and substituting in lieu thereof the following words, to wit, "wharf on the Christiana River at the foot of said East Fourth Street"; and further by striking out the words and figures "said Chapter 394, Volume 22, Laws of Delaware" where they appear in the third and fourth lines of the third paragraph of said Section and substituting in lieu thereof the following words, to wit,-"this Act"; and by striking out the whole of the fourth paragraph of said Section.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 395, Volume 22, Laws of Delaware, being An Act entitled "An Act in relation to Foreign Corporations doing business in this State.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That Chapter 395, Volume 22, Laws of Del- Chap. 395, aware, being an Act entitled "An Act in Relation to amended Foreign Corporations doing business in this State," be amended by striking out the word "fifty" in the ninth line of Section one thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the word "ten."

GENERAL PROVISIONS RESPECTING CORPORATIONS.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 70 of the Revised Code of 1852, as amended and published in 1893.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That Chapter 70 of the Revised Code of 1852, as amended and published in 1893, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out, in the second line of Section 14 of said Chapter 70, the word "or", and by inserting after the word "Treasurer" and before the word "of", in the third line of said Section 14, the words "or any Director".
