The possession and title of any person, heretofore held firm or corporation who has heretofore had possession upon payment for planting oysters on any portion of the bottom of the Delaware Bay within the jurisdiction of Delaware, and who paid, for the year beginning the first of April, A. D. 1912, the ground rent prescribed by Law, whether the bottom so occupied and planted shall be more or less than fifty acres, is hereby confirmed, provided the person, firm or corporation so occupying and planting said bottom shall pay the ground rent prescribed by Law for such bottom for the year beginning on the first day of April, A.
