AN ACT Amending Chapter 88, Vol. 26, Laws of Delaware entitled "An Act Creating a Commission to be known as the Fiftieth Anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg Commission; authorizing the Governor to appoint three members thereof, and fill the vacancies that may occur therein; the Commission to consider and arrange for observance of the Fiftieth Anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg; and report to next session of General Assembly; and making an appropriation for the payment of expenses of said Commission" by increasing the number of members of said Commission and making an appropriation to defray expenses of attending the Anniversary. AN ACT in relation to free public schools of the State of Delaware, and in further amendment of an Act entitled, "An Act concerning the establishment of a general system of free public schools," being Chapter 67, Volume 21, of the Laws of Delaware, as amended.
