The Judges of the Superior Court, at its next regular term in and for Sussex County, after the Sussex County approval of this Act by the Governor, are hereby authorized and directed to appoint a commission of three men, citizens and residents of Sussex County, to determine upon and cause to be made such additions and repairs to the Sussex County Court House as said commission shall . deem proper, and the money realized from the sale of the aforesaid bonds shall be applied to the payment of the cost of making such additions and repairs as shall be determined upon by said commission, and for no other purpose.
